Hello! Welcome to my website! I don’t believe that you arrived here by chance or   circumstance! Please allow me to introduce myself.

I am Tonia E. Rowland, President of Kingdom Choices, Inc. and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Georgia. I am also certified as both a REO Forclosures and Real Estate Technology Specialist.  Kingdom Choices is about stepping up to life without limits! We believe that Real Estate Investment is a major key in achieving that goal!

I have worked extensively in the Computer Technology field for over 20 years in a software Development and consulting capacity. I will make full use of technology as well as my analytical background and inquisitive nature to provide a competitive advantage over other Real Estate Salespersons. 

The internet will be used to provide Buyers a customized web page from which to preview perspective listings. Computer technology will also allow me to provide Sellers timely, accurate, and consistent feedback regarding the sales and marketing process of their homes.
